The wake effect is one of the leading causes energy losses in offshore wind farms (WFs). Both turbine placement and cooperative control can influence interactions inside WF thus overall power production. Traditionally, greedy strategy assumed layout design phase. To exploit potential synergy between so that a system-level optimal be obtained with greatest yields, optimization should performed considerations. For this purpose, novel two-stage model developed paper. Cooperative both yaw axis-induction are considered design. However, integration makes much more complicated results large-scale nonconvex problem, hindering application current methods. increase computational efficiency, we leverage hierarchy decomposability joint problem decomposition-based hybrid method (DBHM). It shown layouts higher yields by proposed compared to traditional separate optimization. Moreover, advantages DBHM also demonstrated.
